Diba Tillery is a Registered Nurse, Child Passenger Safety Technician, Breastfeeding Educator and founder of, an on-line information and resource center for parents.

Specialized in the field of neonatology, she has extensive training in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and is passionate in educating parents on safe infant care.

Babies 411 was created to bring together high quality information and resources to empower parents to make educated, informed decisions when caring for their child. She has authored “7 Steps to Keeping Your Baby Healthy and Safe” to teach parents safe baby care and discuss ways to reduce exposure to harmful chemicals.

Diba also passionately advocates for environmental health and reducing children’s exposure to toxins. Her mission is to educate healthcare professionals on the dangers of chemicals found in the products currently used in healthcare facilities. She is dedicated to changing current practices in our hospital systems to promote the health and well-being of moms and their new babies.
