Ingredients:


  1. 1 ½ pounds green beans, washed and trimmed
    1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
    ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    Kosher Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions:

    1. In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the green beans.
    2. Toss with the garlic powder to distribute evenly
    3. Heat a grill, grill pan, or cast iron griddle over high heat.
    4. Arrange the beans in one layer (you may have to do two batches) and cook without turning until hot all the way through but still crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes.
    5. Gently turn the beans over and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    6. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
