Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup organic apple juice (or white grape juice)
    a handful of ice cubes
    1-2 large kale leaves
    2 cups spinach
    1/3 cup pineapple (fresh is best!)
    1/4 lime (peeled)
    1 teaspoon chia seeds
    1/2 avocado
    2 ounces high-quality, low sugar protein powder

Directions:

    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or according to your preferred texture.
