Sunflower-Oat Crackers Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup hulled sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    Pinch kelp
    1/4 cup water

Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
    2. Oil a baking sheet. Grind seeds and oats to powder in food processor or blender.
    3. Place mixture in a bowl with remaining ingredients, and knead just until mixed.
    4. Place dough on prepared baking sheet.
    5. Roll dough out to 1/8-inch thickness.
    6. Score into squares, and prick with fork.
    7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until edges are golden.
    8. Let crackers cool before removing from pan.
