  1. 1 1/2 cup almond milk - excellent non dairy substitute for milk
    1 cup frozen blueberries - loaded with antioxidants
    1 frozen banana - makes your smoothie creamy and sweet
    1 tablespoon raw honey - boosts the immune system
    1 tablespoon coconut oil - for long lasting energy
    1 scoop of brown rice protein powder - gives your smoothie a boost
    1 large handful of greens (spinach, kale or romaine) - loaded with calcium, iron and magnesium


    1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until combined and smooth!
    2. Top with fresh fruit or a batch of granola, you can even eat your smoothie with a spoon!
