- 4 Medium Eggs, beaten
1/4 Cup Black beans
2 T Green Bell Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
2 T Jack Cheese
4 T Tomato, fire roasted
1/4 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Onion powder
Directions:
- Combine tomato, chili powder, cumin, and onion powder. Set aside.
- Combine eggs, black beans, green pepper, garlic powder, and cheese.
