Ingredients:
- 2 Cup Chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Carrots
4 tsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Sesame seeds
1 Cup Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Edamame
1 tsp Fresh Ginger, finely chopped
1 1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
Directions:
- Stir fry chicken breast in olive oil.
- Add carrots, mushrooms, ginger. Cook until carrots are crisp tender.
- Add edamame to warm through.
- Add soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
- Serve with rice on the bottom, topped with chicken and vegetable mixture.
