  1. 2 Cup Chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    1/2 Cup Carrots
    4 tsp Soy sauce
    2 tsp Sesame seeds
    1 Cup Mushrooms
    1/2 Cup Edamame
    1 tsp Fresh Ginger, finely chopped
    1 1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice


    1. Stir fry chicken breast in olive oil.
    2. Add carrots, mushrooms, ginger. Cook until carrots are crisp tender.
    3. Add edamame to warm through.
    4. Add soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
    5. Serve with rice on the bottom, topped with chicken and vegetable mixture.
