Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Egg Substitute
3 Egg Whites
1 can fat free organic condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 graham cracker pie shell
2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
- Beat egg substitute.
- Add Condensed milk.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and beat until blended. (the mixture should become thick)
- Pour mixture into pie shell.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add cream of tartar and sugar and beat.
- Spoon egg whites over prepared pie mix in shell.
- Smooth out Whites to make sure there is no yolk showing around the edge.
- Use knife or spoon to make pattern in meringue.
- Bake at 400 degrees until meringue points are slightly brown.
