Ingredients:
- 1 pound mushrooms, whole
1 medium onion, chopped
dash garlic powder
1/4 cup grape seed oil (or butter if you eat butter)
1/2 cup red peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
parsley sprigs
Directions:
- Wash and slice mushrooms.
- Saute onions with garlic in butter for about 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, red pepper and oregano and cook 6 to 8 minutes more, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook mushrooms only until tender.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve as a side dish.
