This is a wonderful way to cool down and quench your thirst on a hot summer afternoon. The smoothies are very quick and easy to make. This is a healthy alternative to a high sugar snack.   Feel good about serving the kids bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, yogurt, honey, orange juice, and ice. They are so flavorful and delicious – the kids will love every last sip.
