Nutritional Information (per serving)
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup of orange juice
5-6 strawberries, stems removed
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 banana, sliced
1-2 tsp of honey, to taste
5-6 ice cubes
Makes 3 servings
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender then blend until mixed thoroughly.
- Taste and add more honey if necessary, then remix.
- Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses, garnish with a strawberry and serve. Enjoy!
