This recipe is easy and makes you feel like a professional chef — great to make your own whole wheat pasta.

  1. 1 egg
    ½ tsp salt
    2 Tbsp milk
    1 C flour
    ½ tsp baking powder


    1. Combine egg, salt, & milk.
    2. Add baking powder to flour.
    3. Mix all ingredients & knead into ball.
    4. Roll out & let stand 20 min.
    5. Cut desired shapes, dust with flour & let dry several hours.
    6. Can be frozen.

    Note:  You can quadruple this and make a bunch—also works nicely if the dough is kneaded in a bread machine.
