Nutritional Information (per serving)
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp milk
1 C flour
½ tsp baking powder
Directions:
- Combine egg, salt, & milk.
- Add baking powder to flour.
- Mix all ingredients & knead into ball.
- Roll out & let stand 20 min.
- Cut desired shapes, dust with flour & let dry several hours.
- Can be frozen.
Note: You can quadruple this and make a bunch—also works nicely if the dough is kneaded in a bread machine.
