Parents, if your child is a picky eater, this is a great popsicle for them to try. This will help them eat more veggies and you will feel good about letting them have it. To make it even more appealing to your child, engage her in the process of growing your own spinach and let her harvest it when it’s ready to be added into your pops.

  1. 1 cup spinach, chopped
    2 bananas
    1 whole pineapple, peeled and chopped
    2 teaspoons flaxseed
    2 cups purified water


    1. Combine spinach, bananas and pineapple into blender and puree together.
    2. Add in flaxseed and water and puree a second time.
    3. Pour mixture into chosen pop molds.
    4. Freeze.
    5. Enjoy!
