Roasted broccoli is a great way to get kids to eat the green stuff. But who wants to be stuck inside in the summertime? So here’s a twist on that recipe that takes it outside and puts it on the grill.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 heads of broccoli
    olive oil
    salt

Directions:

    1. Turn on your favorite music.
    2. Preheat the grill – hot!
    3. Remove broccoli stems and arrange broccoli in a single layer on a cooking tray.
    4. Drizzle broccoli with olive oil and add a dash of salt.
    5. Place veggie-laden tray on covered grill for about 10 minutes
