  1. 1 pound fish fillets (red snapper, sole, or other favorite)
    ¼ cup low-fat French dressing
    3 tablespoons all-fruit orange pineapple jam
    2 tablespoons dried onion powder
    2 tablespoons water
    ¼ teaspoon white pepper


    1. Preheat oven to broil.
    2. Combine all ingredients except fish in a small bowl.
    3. Heat in microwave just until jam is melted, then stir well.
    4. Place fillets on nonstick baking pan coated with butter-flavored nonstick spray.
    5. Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    6. Pour sauce over the fish and serve immediately.
