This delicious Teriyaki chicken is complimented perfectly with the vegetables, creating a well rounded meal.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 lb. chicken breast (cut in strips or buy in strips)
    1 bottle Honey Teriyaki or other marinade
    1 can bamboo shoots
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 cup straw mushrooms
    1 cup bean sprouts
    other vegetables as desired
    1/2 cup peanuts
    Rice of choice (fried or saffron)

Directions:

    1. Cook chicken until pink is gone.
    2. Add bottle of marinade.
    3. Simmer until chicken is done -- white all the way through.
    4. Add Vegetables and Peanuts.
    5. Serve over rice
