Ingredients:
- 2 lb. chicken breast (cut in strips or buy in strips)
1 bottle Honey Teriyaki or other marinade
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can water chestnuts
1 cup straw mushrooms
1 cup bean sprouts
other vegetables as desired
1/2 cup peanuts
Rice of choice (fried or saffron)
Directions:
- Cook chicken until pink is gone.
- Add bottle of marinade.
- Simmer until chicken is done -- white all the way through.
- Add Vegetables and Peanuts.
- Serve over rice
