This is a great dip for vegetables, on whole grain crackers, or whole wheat pita wedges. Try it as a casual snack or at your next party!

  1. 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup cucumber, grated
    2 tablespoons milk
    pinch salt
    pinch cayenne pepper


    1. Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice.
    2. Stir into sour cream along with drained cucumber and seasonings to taste.
    3. Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated until serving time.
