Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Breast Milk or Water
Directions:
- Toast rice in a dry pan on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Set a side to cool.
- Grind rice into a powder./li>
- Over low heat, warm breast milk in a pan on the stove.
