A yummy salad to introduce your kids to broccoli and cauliflower!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 bunch broccoli
    1 head cauliflower
    1/3 cup onion, diced
    1/3 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 pt (2 cups) mayonnaise
    1 cup sour cream
    ½ pound bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:

    1. Use just the flowerets from the broccoli and cauliflower.
    2. Place in bowl with onions, cheese and bacon.
    3. Mix sugar, mayonnaise and sour cream together.
    4. Pour over veggies and refrigerate overnight. Mix before serving.
