Nutritional Information (per serving)
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1/3 cup onion, diced
1/3 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
1/3 cup sugar
1 pt (2 cups) mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
½ pound bacon, fried and crumbled
Directions:
- Use just the flowerets from the broccoli and cauliflower.
- Place in bowl with onions, cheese and bacon.
- Mix sugar, mayonnaise and sour cream together.
- Pour over veggies and refrigerate overnight. Mix before serving.
