Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup Greek Yogurt (2% fat)
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 medium apple, cored and chopped
    1/2 cup fresh berries
    2 tablespoons walnuts
    2 tablespoons flaxseeds (ground or whole)
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

    1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine
    2. Divide into two servings
    3. Enjoy!
