Dr. Grace Yu is a pediatrician and allergist immunologist who has conducted ground-breaking research to help children with life-threatening food allergies. She has featured on KQED’s talk show FORUM with Michael Kransey, written for Bay Area Parent Magazine, and been invited to speak nationally about allergies. Dr. Yu has published a number of journal articles and book chapters about allergies.
She has been honored as “America’s Top Physicians” and received the “Patient’s Choice Award,” and “Compassionate Doctor’s Award.”
She cares for patients at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation and serves as an adjunct Clinical Faculty Member at Stanford University School of Medicine. She also volunteers as the medical advisor to a food allergy support group in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In addition to her passion for education and taking care of children and adults with allergies, she loves spending time with her family and friends and is expecting her first child this year.
