Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 Cup Yams
    1/8 Cup Apricots
    2 Teaspoons Sesame Seeds

Directions:

    1. Bake the yam at a low temperature until very soft. 350 Degrees for 1 hour.
    2. Pit apricots and steam just until tender.
    3. Blend yams and apricots to a puree.
