Ingredients:

  1. 2 tsp Garlic, fresh chopped
    1/2 Cup Crimini Mushrooms
    2 tsp Olive oil
    2 Cup Tomatoes, stewed
    1/2 Cup Green peas
    1 Cup Broccoli, chopped into bite sized pieces
    2 T Basil, fresh chopped
    1 T Italian Parsley
    2 Cup Whole Wheat Penne Pasta

Directions:

    1. Cook and drain pasta.
    2. Sauté garlic and mushrooms in olive oil.
    3. Add tomatoes and cook into a thick sauce.
    4. Add peas, broccoli, basil and parsley and cook until broccoli is crisp tender.
    5. Combine all ingredients.
    6. Serve in a bowl.
