Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Garlic, fresh chopped
1/2 Cup Crimini Mushrooms
2 tsp Olive oil
2 Cup Tomatoes, stewed
1/2 Cup Green peas
1 Cup Broccoli, chopped into bite sized pieces
2 T Basil, fresh chopped
1 T Italian Parsley
2 Cup Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
Directions:
- Cook and drain pasta.
- Sauté garlic and mushrooms in olive oil.
- Add tomatoes and cook into a thick sauce.
- Add peas, broccoli, basil and parsley and cook until broccoli is crisp tender.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve in a bowl.
