Savory Ginger Mushrooms Recipe

Serve hot as an appetizer or as a side dish.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound mushrooms
    1 teaspoon ginger
    2 tablespoons butter, softened

Directions:

    1. Wash and dry mushrooms.
    2. Trim stems short and store for later use.
    3. Blend butter and ginger together.
    4. Rub mixture all over the mushroom surface.
    5. Place cap side down and close together in a heat proof baking dish.
    6. Bake for 8 minutes at 400 deg. F
