Rooibos Raspberry Soda Recipe

Another delicious way to dilute fruit juice for youngsters as well as adults. This is a great caffeine-free tea.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 teaspoons rooibos (red bush tea)
    2 cups boiling water
    1 tablespoon honey
    2 cups raspberry blend 100% fruit juice
    2 cups sparkling water, berry flavor

Directions:

    1. Put loose tea in a tea pot or pan and cover with boiling water.
    2. Let steep 5-7 minutes.
    3. Add honey and stir.
    4. Allow tea to cool.
    5. Combine strained tea with juice and sparkling water in a pitcher
    6. Serve cold.
