  1. 1 7-inch flour tortilla
    2 slices lean deli meat such as turkey
    1 leaf lettuce
    1 cheese stick


    1. Spread the tortilla with mustard and arrange the turkey and lettuce on top.
    2. Place the cheese stick at one edge of the tortilla and roll up the wrap around it.
    3. Wrap in foil for easy packing.
