Nutritional Information (per serving)
- 75grams Melted Butter
2 Eggs Beaten (I just beat them a bit with the melted butter)
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder (I like more than this)
2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1/2 cup of milk
- Put all ingredients in mixing bowl or food processor and beat for 3 minutes. (It is a very runny cake batter)
- Pour into 20cm/8" lined cake tin.
- Bake about 40 minutes in a moderate oven. (350f)
- Ice when cold.
Note: 75 grams of butter is about 3 ounces.
