  1. 2 T Onion, fresh chopped
    2 tsp Garlic, fresh chopped
    2 tsp Olive oil
    2 Cup Spinach, raw
    1 Cup Tomatoes, stewed
    1/2 Cup Basil, fresh chopped
    1 Cup Lentils, dried
    2 tsp Lemon Juice
    4 Cups Water
    4 Pinches Salt
    4 Pinches Pepper


    1. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and cook until lentils are tender.
    3. Serve in a bowl.
