Make tonight a special occasion with this delightful treat. You don’t have to have a party, it will just taste like it. This pie has it all: taste, good looks and on top of that, it’s quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  1. Crust 1 ¼ crushed pretzels ½ C melted butter ¼ C sugar Filling 1 can (14 oz) organic sweetened condensed milk 2 teaspoons grated lime peel (optional) ¼ C lime juice ¼ C orange juice 8 oz Cool Whip

Directions:

  1. Crust:
    Combine all ingredients in bowl and press onto bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate.

    Filling:
    Combine first four ingredients in medium bowl using a mixer; add in Cool Whip and mix thoroughly.

    Spoon this into the crust and chill for at least half an hour, or freeze.
