1/2 Cup White beans, cooked
1 Cup Kidney beans, cooked
4 Cup Spinach, chopped
1/2 Cup Carrots, sliced
1/2 Cup Green beans cut in 2 inch lengths
4 T Corn
1/2 Cup Tomatoes, stewed
4 T Barley, uncooked
4 T Onion, chopped
4 tsp Olive Oil, extra virgin
8 tsp Garlic, chopped
8 tsp Italian parsley, chopped fresh
Pinch Chili Flakes
Dash Salt

Directions:
- Sauté garlic and onions in olive oil.
