Nutritional Information (per serving)
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup cooked, mashed carrots
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
- Cream sugar and butter together.
- Add Carrots, vanilla, and egg.
- Mix well.
- Sift dry ingredients together and add creamed mixture.
- Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Tip: Tastes great with orange flavored icing.
