Ingredients:

  1. 2 large frozen bananas
    1 cup frozen pineapple chucks
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    2 cups spinach leaves and stems
    8 ounces filtered water

Directions:

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender
    2. Blend until smooth, but do not over process
    3. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
