This sauce will be one of your favorites.  It’s quick and easy and tasty too. You can use it on chicken, beef, or even in beans.

  1. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    3 tablespoons garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons, rosemary, finely chopped
    ¼ cup of organic catsup
    ¼ teaspoon dried chili flakes
    2 tablespoons, honey


    1. In a sauté pan, heat extra virgin olive oil, chili flakes, and garlic.
    2. Sauté until fragrant.
    3. Add rosemary, balsamic vinegar, honey, and catsup.
    4. Heat through and simmer on low heat to combine flavors.
    5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or slather on tonight's BBQ!
