The name might gross you and I out but trust me, kids love drinking “slime”.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 medium banana, cut into chunks
    1/2 apple, cored and chopped or sliced
    1 cup white grapes
    1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt with 1/4 teaspoon vanilla added)
    1 to 2 cups spinach leaves

Directions:

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender
    2. Blend until smooth, but do not over process
    3. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of apple.
    4. Enjoy!
