Nutritional Information (per serving)
Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana, cut into chunks
1/2 apple, cored and chopped or sliced
1 cup white grapes
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt with 1/4 teaspoon vanilla added)
1 to 2 cups spinach leaves
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Blend until smooth, but do not over process
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of apple.
