Drizzle this gingery dressing over any greens to make a salad that is great as a side, or an entree.

  1. 6 tablespoons olive oil
    3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten free)
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    2-3 cloves garlic, minced
    2-3 inch piece of ginger root, peeled and minced
    salt and pepper to taste


    1. Combine in a glass jar with tight-fitting lid.
    2. Shake well.
