- 1 cup Arborio rice
2 tablespoons butter
3 cup chicken broth
Directions:
- Melt butter in saucepan, add rice and stir to coat.
- Stir in 1 cup of broth and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until all liquid is absorbed.
