Creamy and Rich Risotto Recipe

  1. 1 cup Arborio rice
    2 tablespoons butter
    3 cup chicken broth


    1. Melt butter in saucepan, add rice and stir to coat.
    2. Stir in 1 cup of broth and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until all liquid is absorbed.
    3. Repeat this step - one cup of broth at a time - until all broth is used.

    Tip:The trick to having this come out creamy and rich is to stir it constantly and add the liquid in small amounts at a time.
