Ingredients:
- 6 Large Eggs (separated)
1 cup Organic Sugar
10 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (melted)
2 TBS. Prepared Coffee
Directions:
- Beat egg yolks.
- Add sugar and beat until smooth.
- Add melted chocolate and blend until smooth.
- Blend in prepared coffee.
- In separate bowl beat egg whites until very stiff.
- Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.
- Pour into prepared jelly roll pan.
- Cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 min or until crusty.
- IMMEDIATELY turn cake onto tea towel or waxed paper covered in Cocoa.
- Let Cool.
- Cover cake with sweetened whipping cream.
- Roll lengthwise and place on cake plate.
- Chill or Freeze for firmness.
- Beat egg yolks.
