Cheesy Ham & Egg Casserole Recipe

This recipe is fun to make, while still providing comforting flavors for the whole family.

  1. 1/3 C diced cooked ham
    2 slices whole wheat bread
    4-5 eggs (to equal 1C beaten)
    ¼ C evaporated milk
    salt & pepper
    ½ C shredded cheese


    1. Spray 9 x 9 casserole dish with non-stick spray & cover bottom with bread chunks.
    2. Mix together eggs, salt & pepper, milk.
    3. Pour over bread. Sprinkle ham on top.
    4. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    5. Add cheese.
    6. Bake in 375 oven for 20-25 min.
