Nutritional Information (per serving)
Ingredients:
- 1/3 C diced cooked ham
2 slices whole wheat bread
4-5 eggs (to equal 1C beaten)
¼ C evaporated milk
salt & pepper
½ C shredded cheese
Directions:
- Spray 9 x 9 casserole dish with non-stick spray & cover bottom with bread chunks.
- Mix together eggs, salt & pepper, milk.
- Pour over bread. Sprinkle ham on top.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Add cheese.
- Bake in 375 oven for 20-25 min.
