Nutritional Information (per serving)
Ingredients:
4 apples, peeled and diced
3 cups old fashioned oats
1-teaspoon sea salt
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1-cup plain soymilk or plain rice milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla
1/3 cup honey
½ cup organic apple butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, salt, and cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl combine honey, apple butter, vanilla milk and eggs.
- Beat well, and then pour the egg mixture into the bowl of oats.
- Mix well, add diced apples, and stir until combined.
- Pour mixture into a 9 by 13 inch nonstick pan.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature and cut into 2-inch squares.
