My soon to be 3 year old daughter was diagnosed with trichorrhexis nodosa last June. She was born with a head full of kinky black hair that soon turned blonde and fell out. I took her to Emory in Atlanta, Ga and they had never seen it and were no help with information on it or whether or not her child would have it, etc. I have searched the internet and called around because they told me they thought it would never grow. No one seems to have info on it and this article has been more helpful than anything I have found. Are you familiar with any place that specializes in this type of hair disorder?
