A few years ago we "splurged" and bought a food dehydrator. Turns out, it really wasn't a splurge at all, since it's more than paid for itself.

I love my Zojirushi Rice Cooker. I didn't think I needed any rice cooker. Seriously, I can cook rice. It wasn't until our dear friend, Tom Ferguson, raved about his Zojirushi that I considered owning one. Now I consider it one of the best tools in my kitchen. Why?

When we were done, we'd wipe it off and slide it back under the counter where the now-moist wood slowly dried ... or not ... until the next meal. Wow these have improved! My son is now 12 months old and when I started weaning him at 5/6 months I started with a Dr Brown 10oz training cup.
