In our condo complex we actually have a blacktop the kids use, and do they use it! Kids of all ages gather outside to run, play, and ride bikes etc. It makes me sad to see neighborhoods with nowhere to play and kids shut up in their houses. KaBOOM needs to focus on real neighborhoods with ease of access for kids once they are home.
