I wonder when the relay service will be outdated – technology is certainly making it look like it is eminent. I think typing on the TTY as it used to be called helped me be a good typiist at an early age.

With my 7 year old, at restaurants, I write down the tip – then he adds the bill with the tip for the total. (As a side note, I know a little Auslan (Australian Sign Language). My mom runs the outreach program for the telephone relay service in Australia.)
