Ted Ning is the Executive Director of the LOHAS Conference, Executive Editor of the LOHAS Journal and LOHAS.com. LOHAS is the movement that focuses on educating and providing resources for businesses and individuals on the market of healthy and sustainable lifestyles.

If you have not heard about Teens Turning Green you certainly should. This is an organization of teenagers who are on a mission to teach their peers the perils of particular ingredients in skincare and cosmetics. They are passionate and inventive in their approach and well studied in the field. Listen to Carly Wertheim who spoke at the LOHAS Forum last year as she gives the back ground story to how they were created and the ways they engage and inspire others ranging from parents, to friends, to chain department stores and even Congress! Not bad for an 18 year old.
