Every year we take the kids on vacation. It's part of the way we manage our crazy schedules -- there are times the kids know we're stopping work and just hanging with them.

This year, right before we walked out the door, I got a call from one of our friends at Seventh Generation asking if we could film a web video about a very important topic for their campaign, Let's Talk ... Period.  The only catch was that they needed it ASAP and there was no way we could do it before we left for vacation. So I talked to Dr. Greene about it and he felt the topic was so important that we needed to do something.  We decided to break our own rules, get up before the kids one morning, and tape from vacation -- I'd work the Flip (which doesn't take much work) and he'd be the man in front of the camera.  You can see the clip below and if you watch all the way to the end you'll get a "special" look at Dr. Greene "on vacation".
