And don’t forget yourself, mom!

Something Great To Swallow
Tips on keeping a nutritious diet and a healthy attitude about food from infancy to motherhood
(part 5 of a 5 part series)
From Stroller Strides

When I was making my first

When I was making my first daughter's baby food a lightbulb went off for me. If I ate like her I would be a heck of a lot healthier. Bright colours, mostly veggies and fruit, and limited sweeteners. Oh, and she stops eating when she's full. Sounds simple, but hard for me to do (I have a wicked sweet tooth). It is inspiring and did change more than a few habits for me.
