I believe it's our responsibility to society and our children to teach about the land where stuff comes from and where it goes. They will inhereit the earth one day, they should learn to be good stewards of the soil, water, environment, and of course our bodies. Watching Michelle Obama teach her children how to plant a garden brought tears to my eyes. People are waking up and listening and that's just awesome to experience in my own lifetime. Our children will have the responsibility of doing something about it once everyone starts waking up en masse.
