My daughter is 2 years old

My daughter is 2 years old and allergic to milk, eggs, and nuts (urticaria, angioedema with even a small amount). As such we have been very careful with her diet - mostly home-cooked food (mainly rice-based with fish and vegetables). We do not let her eat foods prepared outside, other than fresh fruits, because we can never be sure about what's in the food and what other food allergies she may develop. I am wondering if it is wise to be so restrictive in her food choices. I am hoping to introduce bread and perhaps some cereals to her that she can have with her soy milk. However, I am very wary about cross contaminants in the preparation of these foods. My questions are: what would you recommend for inclusion in her diet? Is there any particular brand/type of bread or cereal that is low-allergenic? Thanks.
