Milk Bumps Baby Acne

My 7&1/2 week old has milk bumps all over her face. Is it safe to wipe her face with an hypoallergenic baby wipe? They are unscented & it says on the packaging that it is safe to wipe baby's face with. Could this be irritating her skin as well?
