My son has been holding his poop in since he was out of diapers!! We have tried numerous medications & still @ 6 he does not go to the bathroom! Should we now take him to a specialist who works w this specific problem? Worse than holding in his poop, he is enrolled in a private school with very small classes due to some social problems & now I have found out that his classmates bully him like crazy! It has been so sad to watch him suffer & I am @ the end of my rope w medications that donot work! If anyone has any feedback, I would surely appreciate it!!! Thx :.)
