In looking for a calcium and vitamin D supplement for my kids, I noticed that none of the food-based lines offered a children's version. If food-based is better, then I'm wondering if it's ok to give just one of the three pills recommended for the adult dosage.
For most children, it takes many more hours of cumulative trauma than it does for an adult to cause aches or tingling (this can happen, though -- it's amazing how long a kid can stay glued to a computer game without a break).
